Noel Elco Rascón is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in both criminal defense and civil litigation. As the founder of Rascón Law, PLC, based in Phoenix, Arizona, he is dedicated to providing top-tier legal representation to individuals and businesses in a range of legal matters. Noel's career spans multiple areas of law, including criminal defense, municipal prosecution, and civil litigation. Before founding Rascón Law, PLC in 2021, he served as an associate attorney a prominent plaintiff construct defect firm, where he represented single-family homeowners and homeowners’ associations in construction defect litigation. His work included handling cases in Arizona District Court, state courts, and private arbitration, conducting investigations into developers, analyzing contracts, and managing complex legal disputes.

Prior to that, Noel was an assistant city prosecutor for the City of Phoenix, where he handled high-profile cases involving serious physical injury, domestic violence, and DUI offenses. His role also involved civil litigation, including enforcing city codes through court-ordered property abatements and representing Phoenix in Arizona State Board of Liquor hearings. His time in public service honed his trial skills, having tried over twenty jury trials and over sixty bench trials to verdict.

Earlier in his career, Noel worked at an insurance defense firm in Northwest Indiana/Chicago, where he defended insurance carriers in civil litigation cases, conducted trials, and managed discovery, depositions, and mediation processes. He also gained experience in landlord-tenant disputes, contract litigation, premises liability, and personal injury cases.
